What type of apartments do you have and how much will your apartments cost?
The Saratoga offers one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. Our one bedroom apartments start at $975 and range in square footage from 461 Sq. Ft. - 679 Sq. Ft.

Our two bedroom apartments start at $1,800 and range in square footage from 829 Sq.Ft. - 966 Sq. Ft. We have both furnished and unfurnished apartments.

What are some of your apartment features?
The Saratoga has been designed with sliding glass partitions offering modern, flexible, floor plans.
Each apartment has Energy Star® appliances, granite countertops, European glass showers and a washer/dryer unit.

Are pets permitted?
Sorry, no pets allowed.

What utilities are included in my lease?
Monthly rent includes high speed wireless internet, 4 HBO channels, a Netflix subscription, Roku TV box, trash collection, water and pest control.

How long is the term of the lease? Do you accept short term leases?

Do you have parking?
Adjoining garage parking starts at $180 per month per spot.

I have a bike, where can I park it?
We have a bike rack in the adjoining parking garage on the 1st floor.

Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
Packages will be accepted by our concierge and available for you to pick-up. We also are able to pick-up your mail while you are away.
